Our strategy has a total return focus with an emphasis on asset appreciation. We will invest in assets that may require market repositioning and/or physical upgrades, preferably with an existing cash flow component.

While other strategies pursue distressed assets only, we have a preference for stabilized properties from distressed capital sources. Assets will include retail, hotels, multi-family properties as well as other types of residential real estate.

We carefully monitor potential real estate investment markets and only invest in projects that have a reasonable and predictable risk/reward profile with the best in class, most experienced partners.

A unique and distinctive characteristic of our approach is that we structure our investments to ensure that our income is always aligned with our investors' income.
